IIS 5.0 Setting up the FTP.

I haven't really tried the FTP server given to me from IIS, but before I go messing around, I would very much like to have refferances, like websites dedicated to aspects of IIS and the FTP server in it.

Anyone know of any good websites that talk about the ISS FTP server, which give tips and information on how it works, why it works like that, etc?
