How to remove mandatory field in my Contact Us

I need to know how to remove the mandatory field for "Company Name" in my URL: http://belletel.com/contact.php

Put the part in red on this line (to "comment-out" the line so it won't get executed) ...

Then change this part (removing this: <span class="red">*</span> )
