one page integration to shopping cart for paypal

1) Project Details: I have a site where is a small shopping cart. It is fully integrated with paypal with there IPN system. Now i have one form which is not included in shopping cart. There are multiple items with quantity boxes. there user have two options, first if he click buy now button he can go directly to paypal site or if he click second button he will be moved to shopping cart page and the amount of that form will be added to shopping cart and i will receive an email when he will move to shopping cart. Project need to be done today if possible. the data on form is coming from databse . pm me for more detail.

yup i figured out there was only a function needed to created to integrate it with my current cart. Everything is ok now..
