Is there any way to make a picture bigger without creating bigger pixels ?
If i increase the dpi it is alright?

if you have a low dpi and enlarge it, it will become pixely
if you hace a hgih dpi and enlarge it, it will be ok.
a higher dpi is more dots per inch so better quality.

Anyway, if you use illustrator's format of *.AI, then you can increase the image size to literally anything as long as your printer can print images that big, and you won't lose a bit of quality. Illustrator is used for mainly logo design, or template designs for a particular company which would be used on various products. It is vector drawing software. I think Corel Draw handles it as well, and Flash uses it as well.
However, learning to use a software, such as this one, efficiently is actually quite time consuming.
