ASp.net Vb.net poup window

hi all, i would like to ask how can i do a popup window, select the value from the child window, then close it and the value that i have selected will return to the parent window?

I am using asp.net vb.net. plz give me some guidance..tq

I think this is a subject that belongs more in the JavsScript section. Try looking into that.
