Trying to find the right places to look isn't hard. It took me a mere 10 seconds. Open up your control panel. Go to Network and Sharing Center. Where it says "View your active networks" you should see a Connections area. Click on this connection. Now you should be able to follow the rest of the images for Vista as they are very similar to IE7.

Thanks Aero,
But I found this way easier for me.
EDIT: For safety sake; Make a note of the existing settings so that you can revert if you want to.
From command prompt enter:
ncpa.cpl
From the page presented, double-click the LAN you want.
From the panel presented, select Properties.
From the panel presented, double-click Internet protocol Version 4.
From the panel presented, select as first option, Obtain IP address automatically.
Then set the second at bottom to Use the following DNS servers.
Preferred DNS 208.67.222.222
Alternate DNS 208.67.220.220
Click OK's as necessary to exit the operation.
EDIT: For safety sake; Make a note of the existing settings so that you can revert if you want to.
This worked OK for me.
