Programming basics Q?

Hey im trying to write a real basic program to make my life easier. I know little about programming and have done nothing more than make that little 'hello' bubble pop up. Anyway i want a program that opens my internet browser (e.g. Firefox) then go straight to webpage (e.g. Google) once on the webpage in clicks any link (e.g. Images, Video) If anyone could help me out with making it with advice help even exact instructions it would be great and a chance for you to show off. So you want to write a program that automatically opens a webpage and clicks links in that webpage? Sounds very suspiciously like a way to click on ad links in order generate more click throughs. If that is not the case then maybe you can explain in a little more detail what it is you are trying to achieve in which case we could suggest the best solution overall.
