FAQ builder?

Does anyone know of a good, free, FAQ builder? I am new to scripting, so something that pretty well works out the box would be preferable. The main criteria is that people are able to search the FAQs. I see a lot of builders out there but hardly any have a search capability for the user

Well you really need a server-side language to do that. PHP is a good choice:
