Can any one tell me the difference between 6.0 and 7.0? Did they add commands or change commands? Thanks.

Well there are many additions of commands, and some changes here and there, as you would expect from a later version of a software.
Mind you, they have changed the GUI, which is exceptionally better as it is now in v7.

Have you seen the new features as mentioned on The adobe site... (http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/newfeatures.html) yet?

Not yet but I'm on my way. Would someone mind mentioning a few of the new addition to 7.0 please. Thanks.
Better brush tools/capabilities (Healing brush, primarily; but there is also the Patch tool), the file browser is a nice addition (it shouldn't have taken this long to get it, though). Color is slightly improved (selection, techniques, etc.) Text options are improved (thankfully anti-aliasing has been fixed and updated). The liquify tool is actually more useful now. Gif transparency saving is much improved (transparency can be re-mapped based on color selection).
In short, it is an improvement and offers things that should have been in 6...if you have 6 and are fine with it, 7 is not something you absolutely must have. But if you are into digital art or digital photography/digital darkroom stuff, 7 will help you out more and do it more easily.

Thanks Feyd,
I'm going to get it. I was just concerned that I'd have to learn it all over again. I forget which year it was that the new addition had changed a lot. Practically had to relearn the program. But this sounds good. thanks again.
