By which I mean, DHTML in the XML DOM?
I'm sure somebody has tried using it.
But DXML doesn't make that much sense - dynamically manipulating more specific XML applications is what you intend. DSVG, DMathML, DXHTML, whatever.

Yeah right - DXHTML is the acronym I was after ;)

There was a suggestion for DynML that I saw some time ago... but it was more related to getting the different DOMs (Stylesheets, SVG, HTML, MathML etc.) to work together than to actually mean dynamic XML.
