I was able to reduce this from 33 to 12 errors but I need some help/pointers on knocking out the rest of this bad code:

The suggestions made on w3c don't make since and I have tired some and they don't seem to work for me. Also is there a program that will actual tell you what dir/file you need to look in to find the errors?

Here is one of the pages I am working on...I knocked out 21 problems, but there are some like the site counter I added that are driving me crazy!

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.kctrading.net%2Fnew-products.php&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&ss=1&group=0&No200=1&verbose=1&user-agent=W3C_Validator%2F1.654

BTW: I've been home for the last 5 weeks with a broken leg from a little old lady pulling left in front of my motorcycle...I've got another 3+ months before they will let me go back to work...so I got lots of time to learn...I started my page a few days after I broke my leg and I went through three e-carts before deciding and staying with Prestashop which is working nicely.

Thanks for your help!

Oesxyl, I've tried that and saved it and refreshed and it still did not take care of the error...weird? It shows up in Prestashop editor as saved but not when viewd by W3c...See the attached pic of both below.
This url has two such cases of using & one in both the short and long discription both were replaced with & Am I missing somthing? Using & as it's in one of my keywords that showed up under google keywords search.

Update: I redid both and now I have two more errors and two critical errors...man this stinks!

I guess the part you try to fix is generated on the fly using ajax, so you must correct the source of that data not the page.

Posted this on the prestashops forum...seems it may be a bug with the program as I have reported it there. Asked to see if there is a way to correct this someother way.
