Dynamic Images in Flash are Lousy

Hi Ive built a slideshow in flash that uses the flickr api to show my images.

When I test the swf locally it works fine - pictures are sharp etc however when I upload to my server they appear lousy jagged - I presume its a resizing issue but cant figure it out.

What#s strange is that the app displays the images perfectly when viewing on my desktop and crappy when viewing on the server -this has me stumped.


Can anyone help?

Has to be a bandwidth problem

how do you mean?

Maybe the server is only letting you download low res pics because your running out of bandwidth, or your have zoomed in in your browser

Then why would it work perfectly locally - The flash still has to call the api and pull the data/images off the flickr server?
