I need a math game like this:

Customised to my e learning website which is based on Joomla based with users from 6 age groups.
Requirement:
Registered user choose ONLY ONE of the math operations skills to play (add, subtract , divide or multiply)
User's age group is "fed" into flash game (flashvars?)
The difficulty level will be set automatically to their age group (eg, younger age group less digit in questions, older age group gets more digits in questions)

Upon standard time's up of 1 minute, scores will be output for my php script to manage hi-score capturing process.

I'm a Flash developer, and I specialize with Joomla, but under $100 is very low for creating a whole game. I think you are talking about at least $300, if not more, because this would take many hours to create.
