I have a wireless keyboard from HP and every single key i press brings up the start menu. Is there a solution to this, like re-setting my key board?

Thanks for any help.

Are you sure your batteries are fresh? I have a cheap wireless keyboard that starts acting up when the batteries are running low. Did the keyboard come with any software?

Here are a few options I came up with:

Get rid of Windows and use an OS without a Start menu
Hit the Start menu key to confuse it
Get Bill Gates to un-wish his wish that he made on his birthday (that you'd stop lying to yourself that keyboards should do more than open up the Start menu)... or just wait out the day since it's only a one day wish.
Attach a copper wire to the keyboard to boost its wireless signal
Use a corded keyboard while forcing the wireless keyboard to watch in envy
Do a big "Nintendo Blow (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Nintendo%20Blow)"
Reprogram the "Every Key" for a different function... duh

Let me know how they go!
