Microsoft Outlook Calendar to Web Script

Hey everyone,

I am trying to find a possible script of some sort to allow someone to publish a small calendar from Microsoft Outlooks Calendar to a websites homepage. I would like it to work exactly as the image I've provided that will also show a description of any day that's highlighted on the calendar. Does anyone know of a script that may work like this?

First thing that comes to mind is using Google Calendar Sync (http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=89955) on the desktops and a Google calendar gadget on the site.
