If you're finished, why do you want comments? The time for comments is when it's still in development :p

Most church websites are really (1990's looking), usually made by
the nephew of the pastor's wife who happens to have FrontPage,
and knows how to do animated .gif's and marquees.

I must say, your church's site is really nice!
Very professional, easy to navigate, nice on the eyes.

The bottom nav menu is an added plus, for anyone that has trouble
with the drop-down menu ... a nice touch.

One of the best church websites I've ever seen.

Just one comment (and I’m repeating myself, I know): You forgot to specify the page background color. I suppose it’s supposed to be white but it isn’t in my browser. That is because I don’t have the default browser background color set at white. So unless you override it with your own stylesheet I see a light yellowish background which looks awkward with the other colors you used.

Hey ok, looks good. Nothing bugs me about the design, that's a miracle right there.

Even the flash on the front page doesn't irritate me, which I can't understand-- ALL flash irritates me normally! Maybe if I stare at it for a while.. yes, ok, now it's irritating, because it never stops cycling through the slides. It needs to sleep at some point. There, I feel better now.

HEY, did you know if you put an email address on a public webpage you're going to get spammed into the ground? And I don't even understand why you're listing the email address-- you have a contact form right there on the page! It's your call, but if it were me I'd remove that email address and funnel people into that contact form if they want to contact you. Holy crap I just looked at the "meet the team" page and everyone's email address is right on out there to be spammed into hell! Wow.

I tried to set up a monthly donation but the link to Paypal is invalid.

It is very easy to imbed a google map into your website-- I'd recommend that over an external link to Mapquest.

Eventually that newsletter should be integrated into the website so it's not a PDF link... not a big deal though. Same with the calendar.

I hate the term "Evite", just to let ya know :p Also that "invite a friend" deal looks like it may be exploited, as there is no confirmation required by the user who is doing the inviting. These days, you typically have to send an email to the inviter's email address and not send out the invitation until the inviter's email has been confirmed as legit. There may even be some legal issues there if you don't do this.

Speaking of legal issues... the term "Mythbusters" is trademarked :D I hardly think Discovery Channel will go after this church but it's definitely a no-no (unless you get permission first which you may have).

Thanks guys for your input!

I changed the background color, so that should be fixed, also the online giving I put "Coming Soon", I thought I would have it up by now.

I'll ask the staff if they're getting a lot of spam, but that's a good idea.

Yeah we're hoping to embed the calendar and newsletter soon.

Thanks! Keep em comin!

Probably one of the best church sites I've seen, finally someone gets with the time! The only thing I can thing of is to improve on the logo maybe a vector cross or some type a graphic that would go nicely.

No, you shouldn't wait until they have spam problems because by then it will be too late. You should take the email addresses off there now.

Ok I took it off, how about if I make it so there will be a contact link that opens a new window that looks similar to the contact form (http://baysidesuperior.org/contact#contact)

Why does it need to open in a new window?
