1) Project Details: Basically I need a form that creates a quote. There are multiple items that can be chosen and of those multiple items, multiple types, then further more, multiple quantities.

If this isn't making sense, here is an example of what I was after.

I know enough coding to edit a form when it's been created, so basically all I will need made up is the shell that has user friendly code that I can modify.

2) Payment Amount: Open to negotiation

3) Payment method/ details: However you would like payment.

4) Additional Info: If this is within your ability, please email me at itsjakethomas@live.com.

Thanks = )

Hi there. Do you have the mathematical formulas for the effects of each option ready to go? Are you wanting just the HTML and javascript to power the variables that get sent from the form?

The price will depend on the number of items, categories, and complexity of the calculations for each option since each item means more coding. Whatever price we come to, I always work with 50% up front and 50% on delivery - all paid via Paypal.

Feel free to PM me with these details and any other information that might be needed.
