question about charset

is it possible that a browser can alter PHP output (mainly charset problem)?

The reason I ask is that I asked myself and thought it to be stupid that i asked myself....but now im at a loss and cant fugure out my problem.

on IE 6 and 7:

I just looked on your page with IE6 and the pricing thing on the main page works fine.
I also clicked "View", "Character Encoding", and tried a few different ones.
My default happens to be UTF-8.
I couldn't find any common sets that caused the failure you are showing.

So, not sure what might cause it, as I can't get it to fail.

Is it the pricing thing on your main page that is failing with IE6 and IE7?

yes both IE6 and 7... I've studied the code for days and can't understand why this is happening...

Might be a problem my end then... but i couldn't tell you what.. It only echo's out a simple string.
