programmer needed for Istockphoto-type concept

Looking for programmer to finish inner workings of an Istockphoto type concept.

Programmer must have experience with online microstock industry such as Istockphoto, shutterstock, Dreamstime, Veer etc.

Programmer Experience:
* PHP
* HTML / CSS (positioning, z-index, etc) / Javascript (Prototype, jQuery, dojo, etc)
* MySQL
* MySQL replication and optimization
* Linux
* AJAX
* layout / design
* other languages (bash, C, etc.)
* Apache
* MySQL replication and optimization
* interest in UI design / graphic design
* understanding of cross-browser / cross-platform issues
* basic knowledge of a server-side scripting language (like perl, ruby, php, etc)
* proficiency with Photoshop (or GIMP, etc.)
* proficiency with Illustrator (or Inkscape, etc.)
* ImageMagick / GD
* understanding of internationalization / character encoding issues
* any of <canvas> / SVG / Flash / VML
* familiarity with Linux command line and text editors

I do not think you will find one freelance programmer with all of these skills .

maybe you should mention what language you want it to be built in and how much price range you want to pay....
