Any good instructions how to set up web server from scratch with those ?

I mean with latest versions of stuff, not the ones bundled with fedora.

couldnt you install everything and do a apt-update?

apt is command for debian not fedora as I see ?

besides, instalig new wersions ower old (tested), wihout knowing what will happen is not good idea.
