First frame of video question

Hello everyone,

I have a php community site and I have a video screen to show uploaded videos. It shows the first frame which is black. Is there anything I can do so that is shows the 10th or 15th or any other frame so that the screen shows an image and not a black screen.

Not all webhosts have that enabled, but I'm sure you can
select any frame. Your "black frame" is a common issue.
