acsess adatbase readonly problem

i am running win px pro with iis and i am having problems editing the database file with my asp pages it says the "object or database is readonly"

but i checked the file attributes and it says its not readonly


can any one help

It's a real problem. Had it last week again and fixed it by copying and renameing (might be something on my machine but doesn't take long to try)
- make sure it's not opened 'exclusively' by a user or that the table you're querying is open in design view.
