Hi Everyone. I need an urgent help with this mortgage calculator. I had the code from here: http://www.loansanddebts.com/view.php?file=calculator_code.php
and below is the actual copy of it. the problem is im trying to subtract 50,000
from $down_payment but it gives me the wrong output. i don't know what keeps it fromgiving me the wrong computation.
I already tried declaring 50000 in a variable instead of subtracting from the
formula directly, but still im no hope in figuring it out.
Hope anyone could help me check these codes:

Residential (or Property) Taxes are a little harder to figure out... In Massachusetts, the average resedential tax rate seems
to be around $14 per year for every $1,000 of your property's assessed value.
<br><br>
Let's say that your property's <i>assessed value</i> is 85% of what you actually paid for it -
<?php echo "\$" . number_format($assessed_price, "2", ".", ","); ?>. This would mean that your yearly residential taxes will be around
<?php echo "\$" . number_format($residential_yearly_tax, "2", ".", ","); ?>
This could add <?php echo "\$" . number_format($residential_monthly_tax, "2", ".", ","); ?> to your monthly payment.
