You should define your text size by EM not PX.

Is this supposed to be a website? Or a template you plan on using?

Some criticisms:
- the site has zero purpose and no content explaining what it's for
- the colors are terrible. i'm not crazy about your logo either
- the site has 83 W3C validation errors

I don't want to be overly negative, so I'll stop there. On a positive note, the layout isn't completely bad. It's hard to give you better marks because the header doesn't catch my eye and there's no good content.
