Except it costs at least $99 if you aren't a student to sign up for ACM. And the MSDNAA is designed specifically for students too which means the professional ACM membership might not cover it. And if you are a student already, hopefully your school already as a MSDNAA agreement which avoids the whole issue.

If you want to say you are a "student" then it is also a great deal.
