any firefox extension for automatic ftp backup

Is there any addon or plugin for firefox which will automatically backup one of my folder to remote ftp.

There are stand alone sofwares for this but for them to work i have to turn that program always on in order to schedule backup

As Firefox is always open so may be some extensions is there

Why not just run the backup program as a scheduled task/cron job? Then you don't even need Firefox open.

Actually i haven't used scheduled task in windows i don't know whether it will backup files and folders to FTP or not

But i love the firefox extensions like xmarks , FEBE , really saved lot of work for me
