Animation Work: 8-10$
Template, Wordpress, Vbulletin ech..: 25-30$ (one page Template design only psd file)
Psd to Xhtml: 25$ one page coded with divs

I know someone who can make logos just like those. I'll contact him. I think I can make logos, but not 10 dollar logos. pm me.
