I would have put roll-overs but I dont like people with 56k that takes a long time to load for them...

I wouldn't center the text -- for long blocks of text, left edge alignment is best for readability (or so studies report).

I'd also suggest breaking the text into smaller chunks for readability -- as it stands, some of the points you're trying to get across are in effect hidden in plain view.

I'd break the text up like this:

It's good, but I am personally not a big fan of your header image/logo. Of course I know photoshop and can tell that you just threw in a lens-flare and possibley did a little layer style to get the bevel. I just feel like the header looks a little amateur-ish, but that is just me.

I also don't like all the gradient bevels that you do. That effect seems to be slightly overused and I am confused by what is beveled up and what is beveled down. Then again I am a big fan of flat sites, so this could just be my bias speaking!

I have never put together an actually online portfolio to show prospective costumers what I can do, but if I were to, I would spend more time telling what I did on the site rather than what the content of the site is on. I.e. if you used a lot of js or something on that thick and thin site, talk about that rather than their great pizzas!

Thanks, but I cant think of any good ideas for a logo.

It is true, logos are one of the hardest things to think of. After a good 6 months of messing around in photoshop, I still don't feel like I could make a great logo. You just have to keep experimenting I guess. Good luck to ya!
