Flash movie covering popup menu loaded on same page

Hello all, I have a page which contains a flash movie as header, and pictures with headlines as content.
When clicking on any picture, a popup window, using jquery_overlay plugin is then loaded on the same page.
However, when the popup is loaded, the flash movie is covering the popup content, anyone can please help on how to hide that flash movie when the popup is loaded:confused:

This is to do with wmode setting on your flash item. It needs to be set, if I can remember correctly, to transparent. Try it, if it doesn't work, then it's the other setting. Lots on this on the web. Search for Flash wmode. Sorry the rushed response.
