hi friends
as u can c i am a newbie in this place or to the world of coding
can some one please help me out by giving me at least some hints to solve
this problem:
a code that finds out whether there is an element a[i,j] in a (mxn) matrix A, such that a[i,j] is the smallest value in ith row and the largest in the jth column
any help/guidance will be appreciated
