1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):
I am looking for a tool that will allow those who have access to choose the status of their livestream(streaming video tool), and then that status will be represented on my website. It will work almost exactly like this: http://www.teamliquid.net/video/userstream.php

Users who are streamers need to be able to say if their livestream is on, off, or has on demand(of a similarish such status), and then this will be represented visually on a master page of all users(such as the link I posted above). This is to make it easier for users to tell which streams are actually streaming without looking at each one. Livestreams should move to the top of the list, followed by on demand, and then by offline.

The physical representation would be something similar to the small blocks in the link above, such that a small amount of additional information can be included in addition to an on/ondemand/off status.

As far as protecting the page that people will go to to choose if they are on/off/ondemand I can protect that with my membership software that is already running on my site.

Site can use php/mysql.

Thanks!

How much are you going to pay? Is there a pre-existing database of users?

No, there isn't an existing database of users.

I'm not sure how big the project will be but I will offer 50$ and see if anyone is interested.

Thanks, let me know if you have any other questions or anything I can clear up.

I think this project's budget should be around $200 - $300 .

Thanks for your replies!

I don't know where the edit button is on my original post, so here is an update:

Hey!

I am looking for someone to program a dynamic display page that will tell site users if a particular livestream is currently streaming. An example of the amount of information can be seen here at this page which very closely represents the model of functionality we are looking for: http://www.teamliquid.net/video/userstream.php

We need an interface for our designated streamers to access (no log-in is required - our sites protection software has this covered) so that they can alter the status and information corresponding to their stream.

The variables for them to choose from are as follows:

[A] Username (Enter name in text box) XXXXXX
[B] Featured (True/False)
[C] Status(Choose one) Online / Offline / Videoss
[D] Race (Check all that apply) Terran / Protoss / Zerg
[E] Rank(Choose one) A / B / C / D / E / F / G / H
[F] Description (Enter text in box) "Example, I'm an aspiring B player and you can find me playing in the B league"
[G] A Link (Enter URL) http://www.example.com

In summary, the operator of the stream will be able to come to our site and edit his information pertaining to his particular stream, specifying whether his stream is online, offline or on-demand, which of the three (could be multiple) races he is using, and what rank he is. The representation of these choices will take place in something similar to the small blocks in the example linked above, where you see close to the same information being displayed.

Our databases are MYSQL

We will need the ability to add and remove users from the database for this feature. Again - this project does not require anything to do with log-ins.

The last part of this work is in governing the display priorities which are going to be pretty simple. First priority goes to Streams that are Online. The second priority, taking place within the online streams, goes to displaying featured streams over unfeatured streams. The next priority, also taking place within the online streamers sorts things by rank - so As, then Bs, then Cs and so on. After that it's over to the Videos streams, and back to the featured check and then the rank check. Offline streams are to be hidden so that they aren't cluttering up the display page uselessly.

The budget for this project is 125$.
