Unix Live cd download help

I wanted to ask if there is a live boot cd for Unix operating system. I have it as a subject to learn in my engg syllubus. I have a live bootable Linux cd. And i dont want to format my pc atm. So is there any unix live boot cd? i know a lot are there and i got quite a lot after i googled it. But i wanted a good one....

so can any one point to me?
