Help to delete video media file

I downloaded a video MPEG-4 Media File from YouTube and I am unable to delete it. A window appears that states the file is being used. It is not!

Any help?

Try using this program: http://download.cnet.com/Unlocker/3000-2248_4-10493998.html

You can use it to stop whatever is causing it to be in use and then you should be able to delete it.
