script not working

I have input the script properly and it looks and works great on my computer. However once I upload it to the server it fails to show up. What am I doing wrong

Well lets start from the basics, did you upload both script files (ssm.js and ssmItems.js)? And are the in the same folder on the webserver as the .htm file?

i thought i did but i guess i wasmistaken...thanks
