Looking for a free Photo Gallery

I'm looking for a free photo gallery (Flash based). I would prefer it to be simple (I don't need a ton of features, I just want it to display some pictures on a website).

It would be great if it could "scan" a folder on the server and look for images, and when it sees a new one, add it to the gallery. If that isn't possible, I could create a Flickr or Photobucket account and upload the pictures there, and it could get them there (I have seen some galleries that do this).

Basically, I need something that is easy to install, and updates the pictures shown easily.

Thanks for the reply, but that's a bit too much work.

Editing the XML file to give it the location of all of the images, plus having to make thumbnails, will take way too long. This is for around 75 pictures.

Edit: I found what I needed. It's called Pictobrowser (http://www.db798.com/pictobrowser/) (no, I don't work for them).

Try Googles Picasa (http://picasa.google.co.uk/). It's free.

Nice topic,I am find some Photo gallery for my asp.net website.I want some attractive Photo gallery which is build in JavaScript.and I want every image in my photo gallery which is coming from my SQL server 2005.so how can i do that.help!!!
