utf "\ufffd\ufffd"

so I have utf8, utf8-slovenian_ci and it should eat chracters like čšž ..
instead of those I get (in java) "\ufffd\ufffd" ,for each of them the same.

group_concat, concat -->int and char field results into BLOB field containing binary data
hence lost of character encoding.
