is there any way to force code coloring to external script in interDev

that is not Microsoft supported? like php , perl and such?

No, but you can get an editor like Ultraedit (http://www.ultraedit.com/) instead which not only supports color coding for a wide variety of languages it can be customized to add coding for new languages.
