Mysql REGEXP with range

Mysql REGEXP

I have a price field in database where i am saving the prices as -
10
$10
$10,20
$15
1,020
10.20

Now i want to retrieve the price in between range 10 and 20.
so i am expecting result to be -
10
$10
$15
10.20

and i need mysql query using REGEXP with range as i explained above.
