Cloud Color

I need some opinions on which cloud color goes best.

grey. I didn't think it would get any votes. Any suggestion for new colors? There are 100000000000000 possible color values i can set for the original greyscale image.

You could try to overlay a fire-spectrum (yellow-orange-red, some sharp variations and only changing colour slightly between variations).

Same for a teal-blue, blue-purple, green-more yellowy green.

What goes best with what? What is it supposed to be a background for? And: clouds? I didn't see any clouds in it, to be honest. Green clouds? Purple clouds? I don't think so...
Basically, you ask people what color they find prettiest. I'd say:
grey
contrast
make it look the most like clouds, respectively a heavy, overcast sky and a sky late in the evening, during the last moments of sunset. Teal, green, blues and purple look more to me like chemical vapours.

See, I totally missed the point again! But, the original question still stands: what's gonna be in front of it? If you're at liberty to chose any color you want I'd suggest setting up a color scheme and pick one for your clouds that best matches the foreground.
