I'm looking for partner in web service project for developing & maintaining/updating web application. Web service will be SMS based with gateway. All project details are made and tested by end user. Basic revenue model is monthly subscription for business end user; pay-per-lead for B2B & B2B advertising. I'm expert in business and revenue models so I need expert in coding.
