Help.. Need 3 scripts .. willing to pay for help!

Hey, my name is Arslan. I am looking for a coder to have 3 scripts made. I want to use the best language to make them.. I heard from people that I should be using .NET. Scripts will have some similar functions to Twitter, Facebook, and Yahoo! Answers. Not exact, but similar. I just want to tell you what kind of scripts I am looking for.
