ok... ive googled this but to no avail..

recently ive been getting junk mails, with a (supposed) screensaver attached, (.scr) and nothing in the sender column... and im just wondering if anyone would be able to help me block them? ive applied several "message rules" but they dont seem to stop the things... and i can not just delete all the emails with attachments as i recieve emails with attachments containing info for websites im making or whatever... so... if anyone out there has found a way to block the emails with blank senders... let me know ;)

There has to be an address, even if it's the mail server the person uses chances are that it won't be the same as one of your clients so you should apply a rule to delete all from that address..

i would say 90% that the email was spam as the senders email adress is <> which is empty.

so just block the address <>

I have my own junk mail policy, I allow spam in only to send to there internet providers, and to complain to web hosts. I get sapm selling stuff, one sadi we accept payment through mail and gave there postal address.

Another good anti-spam program is "I Hate Spam" I know its compatible with Outlook so I assume it will work with Outlook Express. The program is really great and its cut down on almost all of my spam. It even has a feature to send a "address does not exist" email back to the source which I thought was pretty nifty.

The managing all the rules to have Outlook Express filter SPAM became a nightmare for me. A co-worker referred me to POPFile. It works great. I know this sounds like an ad but it is one of the few free products that is worth paying money for. It can be downloaded from: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=63137

i still think you take up my idea, if the site is a real site you moan to the help desk and tell them you know big people in the media.
result,
muhahahaha, apology and instant removal.
if the site is a fake selling junk etc. report to ISP then you can cackle some more.
