embarrassing list button question :)

Hey guys,

So I am trying to turn this big button into a list hover button, but the problem is the damn thing bounces a little based on the way I cut the image. Is there a trick to this that I am missing?

You haven't cut the image to a clear, defined pixel, so when you change the visible area, it's moving up a fraction of a pixel. Make sense?

That site really needs to be centred.

so you mean I should get rid of any semi transparent pixels? (like on the top and bottom)?
