e-Commerce Scripts

Hey, i am looking for a script that i can install on my site and would be grateful of some help from anyone who has had experience with any.

I want the script to allow people to sell items (just like eBay) but for single sales, not auction style.

I understand there are hundreds available by doing a quick Google search, but I was hoping that if I came here I could get advice from people who have already tried others and would recommend..

I would prefer a free script, but would be happy to pay for something if it is of good quality.
