View Full Version : Flash issue with Firefox 3.5.1

I have a div table based site built in css which loaded fine in all browsers... that is until i updated to the latest version of firefox. Since then, any flash i insert pushes the div table below it to the top right of the browser (in my case, the footer). The page still views fine in IE (surprising since that is the browser i usually have issue with). Also, if i take the flash image viewer out of the layout, the page loads normally, so im pretty sure it has something to do with the flash code.

The page in question is:

The css is here:

It is probably not the cleanest build. I have just gotten into web design in the past year or so, and i am even greener when it comes to flash and actionscripts. I need to get my footer back!!!

Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like it might be an issue with your use of conditional comments. If you view the source in Firefox you will see that some of it is commented out like it should be but then some of it isn't. Try fixing your conditional comments.

On my computer, it seems to be an improper implementation of display:table. Removing the Flash element doesn't fix anything for me either. All I did to fix it was to delete from line 6, 'display: table' but then there is a lot of display code relying on it.
