Hi Guys,
I am trying to understand how to use window.onload to activate javascript functions. I know if i have a function called function init() i say window.onload=init; but I am trying to apply it to the below. For function tabberObj(argsObj) do i write it as window.onload tabberObj; or what is the format. Basically when I cal the .js file the functions don't get called.

On http://www.thefreeadswebsite.com/ireland/index.php the javascript tabs work fine but on http://www.thefreeadswebsite.com/ireland/ads_details.php?item_id=2 the tabs don't show. I have viewed the source code but can't see the issue. Some conflict in the code?

Any ideas please? THANKS! :thumbsup:

Fixed - Ugh

I used:

function addLoadEvent(func)
{
var oldonload = window.onload;
if (typeof window.onload != 'function')
{
window.onload = func;
}
else
{
window.onload = function()
{
oldonload();
func();
}
}
}

addLoadEvent(init);

instead of window.load = init; in the code.
Got solution off http://haacked.com/archive/2006/04/06/StopTheWindow.OnloadMadness.aspx
