Customer Account Features Needed

1) Project Details: This job is for two websites. The admin's are identical in both. I need added to the admins, a feature for customer accounts. I want the customer to be able to have an option to create a password protected account so if they come back they may use the account information instead of re-entering all the information at the cart again.

When the user goes to checkout, they should still fill out all the information required and then they have the option to check a box that would allow them to create an account when they click the checkout button. They do not have to create an account though. I want them to be able to bypass that option if they want.

If they register for an account, they should be able to sign in and view past orders and be able to view their shipping status. When products are shipped, they should be able to view their tracking number. They should also be able to add or delete a credit card from their profile, and let them choose what card to use when purchasing in the future. They should be able to edit their shipping address, those kinds of "typical" things that are done at other retail sites.

Of course I would need to be able in my admin to have access to customer accounts to set ship status and add tracking numbers, etc.

Have you already got the dll/code required for integrating credit card from authorize.net/banks ,etc ?

If payment is TBD, then please post it in the correct forum for unknown sized. I'm moving it for you.

Also, what system are you using now? That would be extremely important to know, as well as what programming language and platform.
