There are plugins you can use: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tags/comments - one at the bottom of the first page.

There are quite a bit of Word Press plug ins and one of them I used on my blogs is Askimet and its good in filtering those spams and yu can simply delete all.

Askimet will get a lot of spammers. The ones which get piled up in a backlog are the occasional posts which will keep getting hit by spammers, which can be solved by closing comments on that post. A spam comment has never slipped through.

In one of my forums, I used Askimet and even my own signature was marked as spam and become invalid and was banned from my own forum. I have to get it corrected. that is why I think its good but sometimes people can get you banned by reporting you even if you are not spamming anyone. This is just my personal view on the matter.

I've not had any personal experience with Askimet on fora, but it's brilliant with WordPress.
