Adding site credentials [Verisign, BBBOnline, TRUSTe, etc] Determining their worth..

This particular site has invested in all three of the aforementioned companies. My assumption is that a dating/social site such as this would be more inclined to invest than others. From a marketing perspective, it seems to add professional, reputable element...perhaps, at the very least, giving their customers added peace of mind divulging personal information.

Taking a cursory look at their respective sites, it looks as if the pricing is tiered based on overall sales revenue. What are your thoughts on investing in these companies? Pros and cons you've heard or foresee.
