Hiii Everbody...
Please can anybody tell me that How can I move
my Tables and all datafiles in Oracle 10g from one pc
to another.

You can just export a DMP from the first pc and then import it to the second PC.

will it contain all the tables ???.....

No one knows where Oracle stores data.
You cannot just copy the files and paste them somewhere else to move the tables.
You should export all your database from one pc then go to another pc and import your database.
